Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases from Pearl Market (ABN 63 126 146 322), Mitcham VIC, Australia. By placing an order you agree to them. They're written to be read, not to hide things.

Orders

All prices are in Australian dollars. An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or refund an order where an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or the delivery address is outside our delivery area — we'll tell you promptly if so.

Delivery

We deliver our own hampers within 60km of the Melbourne CBD, between 7am and 9pm (AEST) on your selected delivery date — or between 12:00am and 1:30am where Midnight Surprise is selected. Orders require at least 48 hours' notice and can be placed up to 3 months ahead. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees — see our Delivery page. It's the purchaser's responsibility to provide a correct, complete delivery address; risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address provided. If nobody is available to receive the hamper, we'll leave it in a safe place where possible or contact you to arrange redelivery (a redelivery fee may apply).

Substitutions

Our hampers feature small-batch items that occasionally sell through. Where an item is unavailable, we may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value in the same spirit as the original. Significant changes will be confirmed with you first.

Returns & consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Our full returns policy, including our 14-day change-of-mind window, is on the Returns & Refunds page.

Allergens

Allergen information is listed on each product page. It's the purchaser's responsibility to check suitability for the recipient; contact us before ordering if in doubt.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — copy, photography, branding — belongs to Pearl Market and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
