Delivery
Pearl Market is a delivery business — we deliver our own hampers. No couriers, no third parties: the same team that packs your gift brings it to the door.
Where we deliver
- Within 20km of the Melbourne CBD — free.
- 20–40km from the CBD — $10.
- 40–60km from the CBD — $20.
60km from the Melbourne CBD is our maximum delivery distance. At checkout, choose the delivery option that matches the recipient's address — we confirm every order against the address and will be in touch if it needs adjusting. If an address falls outside our area, we'll contact you and refund in full.
When we deliver
All orders are delivered between 7am and 9pm (AEST) on your chosen delivery date.
Choosing your delivery date
- Pick your date on the product page — every order has a Delivery Date.
- We need at least 48 hours' notice, so the earliest available date is two days from today.
- You can book up to 3 months in advance — festival and birthday planners, we see you.
Midnight Surprise 🌙
Birthday hampers can be delivered between 12:00am and 1:30am on the big day for an extra $50 — select "Midnight Surprise" on the product page. Please make sure the delivery date and address are exactly right; midnight only happens once.
